Join Filipinas in Computing in a professional development event designed to help individuals develop the skills and mindset necessary to become effective mentors and mentees and build strong relationships in the workplace.
The event is open to anyone who is interested in mentoring, whether they are new to mentoring or have been mentoring for years. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced mentors and network with other professionals who share their interest in mentoring.
The event’s goals are to:
* Provide participants with a deep understanding of the principles of effective mentoring
* Teach participants how to build strong relationships with their mentees
* Help participants develop the skills they need to be successful mentors
