  2. Click “Report a bug”
  3. Enter a summary description of the bug
  4. Enter “Further information:” on the bug, including:
    • Mailman version in which this bug occurred
    • error messages received
    • detailed test case of how to reproduce the issue
    • specific code files and file line numbers relating to the bug
  5. If there is a patch or other relevant attachments, attach via “Extra options”
  6. Click “Submit Bug Report”
